So there i was...driving in New Orleans on a bright and SUNNY afternoon, where the sun was so bright you literally could barely see in front of you. You know the scene...three lanes of traffic, rush hour, and the middle one comes to a stop. I come to a complete stop, only to see the crazy bitch behind me screeching tires and then slam into the back of my once beautiful car. The impact caused me to get shoved forward, right into the back of a beautiful brand new mustang, causing the damage to the front of my car. 2 hours later, i get a police report because we had to wait on state police being it was on the interstate. Then to top off this wonderful day, and month im having, i get a ticket on the way home for speeding...IN A CONSTRUCTION ZONE. Yup, that costs double. I hate life. Someone please just wake me up when September ends. Green day wrote that song about my life at this exact moment!!.

So its offical. Me and Kenny broke up. My heart is broken, tony didn't make the chase, and i just all around hate life.

hard to believe that this EXACT time last year, i was in my car driving home, in Jackson MS, on my way home from Shreveport, LA. Shelly was with me and my mom was driving her truck behind me. Only to get home and realize that i couldn't get to my house because of all the trees, and spent one HOT night sleeping in my car until daylight. Then i had no power for 3 weeks, and went out volunteering for that amount of time. Ahhhh, memories.

I just watched the most fucked up Katrina special on HBO. The government (city, state, and federal) REALLY DROPPED THE BALL. Wow. I love New Orleans, but I'm so glad i didn't live there, or move there when i wanted to like 3 years ago. I've been there 10+ times since the storm, and its slowly improving. Some parts anyways...but yeah, the spirit of the people in New Orleans is amazing.

Anyways....about my life as of right now. i get to see Dierks and Rodney Atkins tomorrow. Woohoo!! My baby is coming home from New Orleans, where he works now making killer $$$$, and i get to spend one glorious night with him before he flies off to Idaho, where he is from, to visit until tuesday. Lots and lots of sex.

Ummmm i quit my job at Check Into Cash. I really hated it there, and believe that it was just making me depressed/stressed/miserable. I just started last Monday at Regions Bank. Its super, and the best part is the paid holidays!! woohoo!!

Ummmm someone hit my car. Yeah, the back bummer there is about a 6 inch or so double lines scrap that goes across. I washed it one day and I KNOW it wasn't there, and then that night, me and Kenny went to Hudson's, Walmart, and Buffalo Wild Wings, and the next day it was there. Talk about pissed. Im not filing it on my insurance cause A) I haven't met the $1,000 or $1,500 deductible yet and i know it won't cost that much to fix it, and B) MY DAMN INSURANCE IS HIGH ENOUGH ALREADY!!! My poor Honda...only had the car a damn year and its just UGH!!! it got scratched up alot during and after the storm, so im gonna have to do something to fix it, or i will have lots of $$$ to shell out when my lease is up. Grrrrr.

Ah! my last batch of Snickerdoodles just came out of the oven...i made them for Kenny's plane ride. Time to hit the sack...THANKFULLY, i have to be at work tomorrow at 8. It was a long month without a job. Love love!!!

so i just got home from vacation. I spent friday-Tuesday in Nashville, TN and had a WONDERFUL time. I caught the huge Kenny Chesney show while i was there.

THE SHOW WAS AMAZING!!!

First, Little Big Town came out. They aren't that popular, but i love their new song, and "Boondocks" is an okay tune. After that, DIERKS BENTLEY CAME OUT. SO FUCKING AWESOME. i love him. He was amazing, and he leaned off stage to sing "Come a little closer" to some lucky chick in the audience.

After Dierks, Big and Rich came out, and Cowboy troy came out with them. If they every come to your town, i really recommend seeing them. Not only are their songs awesome, but they put on a great show. The concert was in the Tennessee Titans stadium, and there around 100,000 people there, and everyone was on their feet singing and dancing. The whole crowd was pumped.

Then, Gretchen Wilson came out. She was on the borderline of sucking major ass. The whole crowd that was staning on chairs singing and dancing was suddenly going to the bathroom or talking on their cells. She sang slow moving songs that just sucked.

Then Kenny came out. He has excellent stage performance. He was AWESOME. Gretchen Wilson came back out and they sang John Mellencamp's "Hurts so Good." They did AMAZING. Then he started singing "When the Sun Goes Down" and Uncle Kracker came out with him. Kenny and Uncle Kracker also sang a version of Kid Rocks "Cowboy" and Kenny Chesney is no rapper. He even laughed at himself trying to sing and threw his arms up.

Finally, Kenny said he was going to bring out a very close friend of his come out to sing with him. IT WAS KEITH URBAN!!!! Aghhhhh! it was super. They sang "Somebody like You" and then Keith went backstage, Kenny sang a few more songs and then EVERYONE came out and sang "She thinks my tractors sexy". Seriously, best concert ever.

Coolest part. I get to see Kenny Chesney again this Thursday in New Orleans, and he's bring Dierks!!! woohoo!!

So yeah, that was that. We (me and MY Kenny) also went out to a few of the bars there, including Wildhorse Saloon, the biggest bar in Nashville. We walked in just as Rodney Atkins was finishing up his concert. They had a meet and greet, and we stood in line and got his autograph. He is a super nice guy i told me i smelt good, which he says "Where i come from we call it stinkin' pretty." haha funny guy. Then, behind us was the Trent Williams or whatever guy who sings that song "I can't be with a woman that gets drunker than me". Me and Kenny also got to meet him, but no autographs. The next night we went to Tootsies, and met Melanie Torres, the chick that got voted off Nashville Star. She is BEAUTIFUL, and super sweet. She just signed a contract with RCA, and that's super.

I'll post pics later, but the concert ones aren't that great, because the super digtal died during Dierks, and the pics were taken with a disposable. =(

We also caught a lot of the sights in Nashville, but im tired of typing so i'll let ya'll know about it later!

1. When i get really sleepy, i start talking in this little girl/baby voice. When we evacuated from Hurricane Katrina and i drove for 12 hours straight, around hour 7 i started talking in it and COULD NOT STOP.

2. Rinse and Repeat? I do that. Everyday.

3. I hate sneezing. I read once that when you sneeze, your heart stops and thats why people tell you "God Bless You" because your heart completely stops. I hold my sneezes in until the last second so it comes out silent.

4. I am a washing my hands freak and use germx constantly. The idea of germs scare me.

5. I clean my ears out about twice, sometimes three times a day.

So im never at home at night to watch the shows that come on MUST SEE TV, which pisses me off to no end. So i get the dvds and watch the whole season at once. Perfect right? don't have to wait for next week's episode or anything, right?

I just got finished watching Veronica Mars, season one and i will probably DIE in anticipation waiting til season 2 comes out on dvd so i can find out who was standing at the door. SOMEONE help me out.
